Environment variables GBI_* become ND_*, prefixes and file names gbi-/gbi_ become nd-/nd_, the executor flag --gbi-mac-scope becomes --nd-mac-scope, and the default session branch prefix gbi/ becomes nd/. Branch prefixes users already saved stay as they are.

Four formats were bumped with no migration, per the pre-release rule: the remote sync journal (.nd-sync-journal, schema 2), the prepared-dependency backup metadata (version 2), the terminal WebSocket subprotocol (napdock-terminal-v2) and the live-test artifact ledger. Old data is ignored or refused. Domains on getbranchit.app, the GitHub repository slug, the X handle and dated historical records are left until the new domains exist.
