Run motion, overlays, panes, scrollbars and extension controls on gpui-kit
Toasts, menus, dialogs, resize edges and scrollbars move onto gpui-kit, and extensions gain select, slider, tabs, disclosure, spinner, skeleton and a virtualized list.
Motion, overlays and panes now run on gpui-kit, with Napdock’s own theme still drawing the look.
- Motion: entrances fade and rise, the sidebar slide can turn back mid-way, and toasts stack and reflow with spring motion, pausing under the pointer. Everything follows the system’s Reduce motion setting.
- Overlays: composer and pane menus, the appearance picker, hover cards, the palette, import, project picker and extension dialogs use the kit’s popover, hover card and dialog, with focus kept inside open dialogs.
- Scrollbars: the transcript, file tree, file viewer, diff, review view and palette show overlay scrollbars while scrolling, as macOS does.
Extensions can now draw select, slider, tabs, disclosure, spinner, skeleton and a virtualized list that asks for rows as you scroll. progress gains an indeterminate mode.
