Show what each running subagent is at on its card
A running subagent's card now has a second line saying what it is doing right now, with the same shimmer as the busy line.
To see what a running subagent was doing you used to open its pane. Its card in the transcript now shows a line under the title, in the same words as the busy line: its latest running call (for example “Running pnpm test” or “Reading src/cart.ts”), then the provider’s last progress summary, then “Thinking”.
The shimmer moves from the title to this line, so only one line on the card moves. Finished, failed and stopped subagents show no line, and neither does one delegated to a session of its own. The Subagents list uses the same card, so it gets the line too.
