Keep shimmer text still, the earliest turn start, and every level on This Mac
The working shimmer no longer makes letters slide, turns stop reading "Worked for 0s", and sessions on This Mac can choose every access level again.
Three regressions found while testing the latest batch in the installed app:
- Shimmer moved the text. Coloring each letter separately shaped every glyph on its own, so letters lost their kerning and slid as the crest swept past. The line is now shaped once, like plain text, and the sweep is painted over it, so nothing moves. Reduce Motion still shows plain text.
- Worked for 0s. A later start time from the provider replaced the one this Mac saw first. The earliest start now wins.
- Only Full access on This Mac. Sessions running natively on this Mac were held to Full access as if they ran in a cloud container. Only cloud containers are held to it now.
